The voltage builds up in the first transformer’s resonant circuit until it reaches the spark gaps sparking voltage when the spark forms, connecting the resonant circuit of the first transformer to that of the second, until the voltage decreases enough because of the new off-tune resonance being off-tune and then the spark dissipates abruptly severing the electrical connection exciting the resonance of the second transformer’s resonant circuit, creating extreme voltages.

I dont see any reason for the CCVS after rectifying and the mosfet. There is probably more to simulate, cuz a spark is not a infinite resistance, the spark transports electrons in form of air-Ion's. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5753292511772672

The MOSFET plus CCVS is to simulate the dissipation, and thus the creation of heat.
