i wish to get 10 MHz frequency from the above circuit...what value of capacitor and resistor should i choose...?

I think much of which your asking for depends on your application; your load arrangment will affect much of these values. I would research tuned oscillator circuits; but im just another student

This circuit wouldn't work. You would have to instead use a frequency generator where the 12V power supply stands.
