This circuit doesn't model properly but it is a voltage to current amplifier designed to adjust the brightness of an LED. Hook the top open end of the potentiometer to positive supply line of the op amp, which should be +9 V. Negative supply directly to -9 V.

I also love everycircuit, even it needs sometimes a workaround. But this is also the case for profi tools i worked with. Keep it up.
