Ya but when I adjust the voltage the current moves... Was tring to get it to be a constant current of 700ma

The voltage source, in my circuit, is a reference voltage and suppose to be constant! You can add a voltage source in series to simulate the regulating behaviour of this circuit.

Search '6 LEDs in Series' to too a way of doing it without an LM317. Right hand side of circuit shows a PWM brightness control. Hope this helps.
