Yo bro! base resistance of main transistor with value of 100mOhm is not a good option for such completely messy non-optimized simulation engine. (Simple Assembly of already made simple lumped spice models with only little tweaking and go off for sale )

BTW ....i also didn't know this earlier back time , but so called "thermal resistance" of base emitter junction no matter if transistor is large 2N3055 or small BC107 is in magnitude around 26 ohms during conduction state. As we have here not a junction resistance but some strange pins node resistance we cant simulate it as it should be in real. But putting a 26 ohm in base is enough.

Try to remove the diode! It then produces a 4.7V which drops after a while.
