Under normal battery voltage right LED lights permanently. When the voltage drops below 7V LED flashes. Left LED performs the function of a low-voltage zener diode. 5_pF capacitors required for stable operation of the program EC. In other simulators do not need them.

При нормальном напряжении батареи питания правый светодиод  горит постоянно. Когда же напряжение падает ниже 7_В, светодиод начинает мигать. Левый светодиод выполняет выполняет функцию низковольтного диода Зенера. Конденсаторы 5_пФ потребовались для стабильной работы программы EC. В других симуляторах они не нужны.
