This is unrealistic. You have adjusted the LED voltage to match your 5V rail. LED’s have forward voltage drops of around 1.8V to 3.3V. There should be a resistor in series with the LED to drop the excess voltage. Since red LED’s are typically around 1.8V drop you resistor should drop 5V-1.8V = 3.2V. For 20mA LED current that means the resistor should have a value of 3.2/0.02=160 Ohms. If you decide to try this out you need to revert the LED voltage to 1.8V.

In this app the default forward voltage for a red LED is 2.0V.
