Voltage Divider for Microcontrollers

This circuit is intended for measuring voltages up to 55v with a microcontroller. Precision resistors should be used. A high-resolution ADC would also be very helpful.

It needs to be 9k in place of the 10k

Not if the inputs are only 3.3V tolerant. Actually, even 5V (+-5%) capable inputs would be driven outside their specs. I'd say, the resistors "need" to be whatever ratio you want to divide input down.
