This counter will skip stages. Only given stages will displayed in LED display.
You can give desirrd 5 stages only .
Initially mentioned stages are 1,4,6,8 . So this counter will move only in these stages.
First stage should be mentioned in switch nrar counter and next stages at lefy switches . Makr group of 4 switches each from top and mention stages there.
In each set lowest switch MSB and upeer switch LSB
Note : you cant skip zero here . It is essential state.
