This is an over charge battery protection 12.3V (auto) switch ON, and 14.1-2 switch off.(On the left side you see two Voltage dividers the right one controls the lower voltage output and the left one the higher OFF voltage output.

The idea to make this sircuit it was the notivation experimental experience of Ic Cmos4049 hex NOT gate and more specific on the threshold gate input voltage 7.34V with 12V supply.
