This operates on 9 to 12 volts.  Right 1 K ohm resistor is where 3.75 inch piezoelectric tweeter speaker goes. This speaker is able to send or receive ultra sounds (19 kHz. to 100 kHz.)

And what about 1s/s simulation speed (real-time)? 10 Hz is more like infrasound.

Change simulation speed and range should register in ultrasound settings.

At 10 us/ second I get 47.6 kHz.
