In the interest of realism, you should add a series resistance to the output of the op-amp to represent a non-ideal (non-zero) output impedance. Otherwise, your shunt resistor on the output does effectively nothing... not that it really does anything useful as far as i can tell.

U could have avoided the ripples if u used a 2nd order butterworth filter
