Basic multi-vibrator oscillator. Can provide a near square clock pulse for another circuit (or just flash LED's as in a railway barrier lights). Press the button to kick start the oscillator. Adjust the caps to change the frequency. The 2 10ohm emitter resistors limit emitter and LED current protection.
