This is a random LED matrix. Input is a binary random code for columns. Strings are switching by dynamic indication. If you have got a decoder you can display pictures and letters there. Unfortunately you can't see how it works while you are using mobile version of application, it works more better in PC browser. Strings are switching with high frequency so you can't see the blinkings and you will see a complete image (in real life of course).
