Single switch on and off circuit

   Just tap on the switch to turn on and tap   again to turn off. If the switch is kept pressed the output will oscillate and you will see a flashing led.

This latch is not only not a latch where you can spam the button and each time you do the outputs switch on and off, but also in the long term, this is an astable multivibrator. Go to https://everycircuit.com/circuit/5627779066101760 for a proper latch
