but this version improved output current, efficiency and added output voltage adjusting feature.
Although ICL7660 IC can ganerate negative voltage
But, it only supplys small power,current (Recommand < 25mA)
This dual charge pump circuit supplys huge power, current.
Input Power : DC 15V 2A (Start Current : 10A in 5ms)
Output Power : DC -1 ~ -9V 1.5A (You can set output voltage adjusting potentiometer)
