I want to ask u . I want to use a thyristor in a project .and I can't find it in this program .

So I am going to use ur circuit . But I can't specify where is the anod , cathode and gate

The gate of the NPN transistor is the thyristor gate. All that is required is the two transistors, 1 PNP and 1 NPN. The rest is just for demonstration on how it works.

Ant the anode is the top and the cathode is the bottom
