Another Buck converter. For start simulation close the up interruptor, start simulation and open inetrruptor. Voltimeter are in the load resistor resistor. Zener in transistor's base set voltage reference. When voltage go down reference, op-amp act as trigger. The zener in the output only is for acelerate simulation when interruptor is open. I dont know if the two mosfets have to be p-chanel

Nice! I have two suggestions: remove the 6V zener, it is useless, and you have to bias the 5V zener with a low (100-200 ohm) resistor from the output, or else it won't be stable

Second opamp is not needed

I had tried without second op-amp, but, sometimes the circuit find stability and act as linear regultor

Tomatico, but this only happens if you do not configure the first opamp with a hysteresis, right?
