This is add-on solution if electronics need more fan cooling. A sensitive relay helps. Simulation starts with balanced bridge circuits and cooling fan (lamp) off. Right zener diode is inside heat area in cabinet to sense heat and unbalance bridge circuit and switch relay cooling fan on or off as cooling needs are detected. Right side switch and 10 ohm resistor is only to unbalance and show in simulator.
