The concept of Wheatstone bridge is, as you can see in the picture, when R1*R3=R2*R4 so the current passing by R5 goes to zero. This circuit is used to measure the resistance of an electric compenent. I replaced R5 by a lamp so you can change the values of resistors and see how the circuit will react
