13.8V 20A power supply ham radio

I got close as I can with his design but I think I am missing something here. Have a look at picture of 13.8V 20A power supply as circuit.

I noticed the .0255 amp range but didn't find 20 amp supply.

Internet schematics show 240 volt sources rectified power at 20 volts and not battery source. More power and current may make difference to simulator software.
