Mission
place the WSPR TX and vertical wire dipole high above gnd in a waterproof chase and power it from the ground. the powerline should not change the characteristics of the antenna.

dc wire is close to antennawire and will couple. modelled by 1pF each

the 10uH block the HF and keep dipole at length

test was ok but setup will need coil near ground during parallel highpower operation.
