This is old circuit of plate module for picture control. These tree of potenciometers define vertical and horizontal position also stretching and trapezoid form. This plate works with TDA1170S Vertical Deflection System IC. The TDA IC is something as amplifier to amplify this values and they sent values to CRT shotgun laser.
