Added potentiometers and cleaned up a little.
Top pot: increase % = increase flasher pulse duration
Bottom pot: increase % = increase timing pulse duration
*Added LEDs to show each 555 signal

First 555 is in bistable mode acting as a flip flop to keep the circuit in the on or off state. Second 555 in as table to control timing(bottom pot, single short pulse).  Third 555 is monostable(top pot), this controls the length of time the last 555 is on which is in astable mode, output going to flashing LEDs(one wired up for now)
