Couple of items to consider. Look at the website why leds in parallel are not a great idea. It explains much better than I. http://lednique.com/parallel-leds/ By fixing that and putting two leds in series the current limiting resistor value would be different for the top versus the bottom as the top voltage is nine. Leds in ths app are set at 2v and 20ma. Real life ones vary by color for voltage and current. So 9v-4v=5v÷20ma=250ohms . The bottom is 8v-4v=4v÷20ma=200ohm current limiting resistor

Current for two LED’s in parallel is 40mA. Better to use current limiting resistors for each LED.

That's why suggested putting them in series.

It can be done in a number of ways. If they are in parallel you can arrange the resistor values to suit the LED’s. In series the same current goes through each LED which means brightness may not be same for each LED.

Yes all circuits can be arranged in different configurations in real life. I was just the user with the issues with this circuit.

They're both correct, remember it's a multivibrator neither are connected in series or parallel.

It's a valid design, I did add resistors Though

I think you’re missing the point.
