Its not good and its not bad - its crap. Tip: put only one trace on scope e.g. the most importante one is the battery current. Set the battery voltage different and for example to 4.2V charge stop voltage and check if current is as close as possible to zero. If not, you are one the way to an explosion. BTW, this type of circuit is highly dangerous for many more reasons! Be careful.
