What did I do wrong.

Use a pulse signal,and set the relays to turn on and off to a voltage within the signal range

Set the power supply to 5 volts, and flip it. Put a 200 ohm resistor in series with the light. Then wire the relay so when it is energized the power flows from the back of the main switch to the side that flips, then connect that side to the light and resistor. The way you have it now current will never flow through the light, as it has no path if the relay were to energize.

Full stop. Nobody on earth can know what you expect as working circuit with this schematic. No one! Whats needed is at least a little description/specification.
