2x6 RAM. Bottom logic sources are binary input. Single logic source at top is selector for each memory unit. Logic sources at far right are from top to bottom: READ for memory cell 1, WRITE for memory cell 1 , READ for memory cell 2 , WRITE for Memory cell 2. For selector: logical HIGH selects memory cell 1, logical LOW selects memory cell 2. Enjoy.
