A cheap, down and dirty LED driver. Forward current through the LED's has a linear relationship to Vin so small fluctuations to the supply voltage cause undesirable current fluctuations through the LED's. (That means dont use this on your expensive Led COB's lol) but good for some applications.

But CC isn't only one Voltage...it must be changeable.
