Can you pls tell me the common emitter configuration circuit?

Amps like this are analyzed over two point-of-views. AC and DC. In the AC analysis, capacitors acts like short-circuits. This way, when analyzing a CE amplifier the collector is wired to ground. This is the reason this amp is called common emitter.
