The op is a square wave which isnt suited for inductive loads and isnt that powerful . You can however use it to charge flash capacitors (EMP etc) and with a tiny tweaking you can use it as an arc lighter
DO NOT SWITCH THE CIRCUIT ON WITHOUT A LOAD THAT WILL FRY THE OP TRANSFORMER

CFL lamps come with a similar circuit and have an inductor use the inductor as secondary and wrap the primary around it
