Hey , I came across this circuit for an interview , but I am not able to come up with an explanation. Could anyone explain this circuit to me , especially the current at 10k connected to pnp transistor ?

Thanks to @BillyT for modifying the circuit and visualizing the current flow at the bases of the transistors , cool idea of connecting resistors of 1u ohm to show the current value
