One diode is shorted. Not sure how much current a TTL logic gate can sink, but I think it falls short of a half amp. Id want a charger closer to 1 amp, but my phone is hungry

1St, main have amplitude 300V+/-, 2nd, operational amplifier requires supply voltage too...:) amd 3rd, op.amp can ssupply usually few tenths of mAmps.

The load.on.the lamp is 1 amp
