This ckt uses three cascaded low pass filters to filter out higher frequencies and gets u a pure sine wave The opamps are just used to remove the loading effect Fourier transform of a periodic square wave is a series of sine waves of 1Wo, 3Wo, 5Wo .... Wo=frequency of original square wave Hope this helps 😊

If you know the exact frequency you're trying to filter out, an RLC bandpass filer would be much more efficient. If you're going to use opamps, a twin t or wein bridge style filter would also be preferable and able to give you a much more nearly pure sinusoid. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6305174368026624

This produced a nice triangle wave.....

who doesnt need a triangle wave between 0.4 and 0.6 volt

why try to filter a sine out of a square wave ending up in a triangle wave when you can just stimulate an LC resonator with a square wave
