AND Gate TTL circuit. Input is connected via the input terminal and the ground terminal to complete the previous input circuit that generates the I/O for this AND Gate circuit.

That's not TTL. It's not RTL either, you've wired the transistors as common-collector. They don't amplify voltage that way, what comes out is what goes in minus about 0.7V. I guess you could get away with using a few of these gates in a regular RTL circuit, but you'd need to make sure the logic 1 voltage doesn't drop too far.

You can't do this! stack transistors. The currents in a circuit must have a defined path.
