Hi MineDreeze, the heart of all the funky oscillations is the self clocking counter/shifter. Have a go experimenting with it , it'll be easier than me trying to explain the ins an outs ;) you'll find simpler examples of it in my history. The logics in bottom right are to reverse the lights at set intervals. I'm sure you'll figure it out, cut out bits so it's easier to follow the wiring
