8 to 3 encoder n 7sg display

0-7 display. you can only put ON 1 input at the same time. the first input is 0 so does nothing. the second 1, the third 2...
This is the inverse circuit of the 3 to 8 decoder. I've done this with OR gates made of diodes to simply the circuit. I tried to make the 8 to 3 encoder with ic gates (The 3 to 8  decoder is in my profile), but the sim lag or hang.
