You can choose auto or manual counting process with the button near pulse generator, also to count up/down side with button in relay, in addition if you want to count up to 9 make sure the button near AND is On.
Question : Can any one design a circuit that do all this staff auto with out any button ?
The project that i want is making counter that count 3-9 and 9-3 when it's start.
