The blue node is the input signal. The green node is the gate of the mosfet. The orange node is the final voltage of the load. Wait a little then desactivate the logic input to start.

I think what you tried to demonstrate is an NMOS as top side driver, which need a voltage pump to get a proper Vgs! Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6345865408544768

Originaly it was just my solution to drive NMOS in buck converters and Li-ion BMS, so I turned the problem in a nmos with a resistor between source and ground. WTFCircuit you're right, there are some solutions that are more simple than mine but I want to make a mosfet driver, not an inverter. hurz I can't understand how you can make that so simple, you geniouuus

Yeah, I understand now, you just skip the capacitor-loader nmos (so in case of very high impedance your driver will not work) and you replaced my H-bridge with a transistor+pull-up resistor, why not :)

First your desigh is an inverter as well, then I use this exact circuit as a gate driver to drive IGBTs (a glorified version of mosfet and bjt) which are very hard to control, and this system has no trouble on it. Anyway I think I'm getting out of topic

Ok, so I don't understand how your circuit works, sorry. I think your output is like my green node but you output 10V witch is the main voltage, when mine output 18,3V...
