FM Transmitter. USW. Please advise how to set up the transistors

I build this several times, starting in 1994
The transistors are bd139 and bf214
Coil: 7 turns, 6 mm diameter

How is that possible? The transistor saturates. Moreover, the biasing isn't proper. Anyway, nice circuit.

But BD139 is a low frequency transistor. I usually use BF494.
