The node/LED highlighted green = R
The node/LED highlighted orange = S
RS= reset/set
The two switches at lower left should be thought of as normally open momentaries, and therefore tapped twice.
This is only to demonstrate the circuit's ability to "latch", and is not an absolute requirement in a successful real-life build.
To operate: close the switch above supply for 'power on', then open the reset switch and it's good to go.
I like to imagine the green switch is in the control room, and it's the "all clear" indicator. The orange one would be some hidden sensor monitoring the perimeter, and would indicate "intruder alert", or some crap like that...
