1.5 Volt Dry Cell Recharger

Some say this works on any type of 1.5 volt dry cell.  Pulsating DC is used with charging potential of 3.5 volts at 30 milliamp range during charging cycle.
Other methods, refrigerate and thaw batteries was not the best results or momentary send  12 volts through button battery dangerous and button battery hot like firecracker not safe.
