Use DC voltage instead of AC, make it like 7V. Then both capacitors 100 nF, collector ressistors 1 kohm and base resistors 10 kohm

I did it , but my friend it did not do the job as A-stable Multi-vibrator circuit . check it now and see , every sec it changes from T1 to T2 ..as a A-stable Multi-vibrator circuit
