Combination lock.  Press the bottom buttons to set the lock.  For example press the left bottom button 3 times to set the first digit to a 3, and the bottom right button 5 times to set the second digit to a 5.   Under it is a reset button.    Then push the top 2 buttons to make the display show 35.   When the correct combination is present the LED goes from RED to GREEN.
