Used what is available, but added a logic gate to reset at 10.

Why 2 NOTs when a NOR replacing 1 AND would do the same? And for that matter, a single AND on B and D would produce the same output. Not trying to be critical, just learning and wondering if I'm missing something.

NOR would give an OR property in logic. It must be AND to achieve the desired result. I wanted it to reset when the output reached 1010. I suppose a single AND would also work but it would be exclusive. This demonstrates the ability to select an address from 0-15.
