Hi.... just add a resistor between the source and the gate of the transistor (pull-up resistor) to force the transitor to enter in blocking mode

@nordistu just figured current source increases voltage to GIGAVOLTs. added a voltage limiting zener and changed switch SPST to SPDT switch so gate is not floating anymore. i guess floating gate and high voltage at source caused that
