Drive a mosfet, can any one tell me why my led don't turn on with full brightness, i can't figure it out

EC's fet parameters are not set for any type of fet, try a width of 2um for a thruput of 20mA. For more information see http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5146881209139200

change 5v battery to 9v and use 100ohm current limiting resistor.
