Microcontroller with pulse-triggered latched relay

As the title describes, this is a circuit for a microcontroller and a latched relay. The 48V are from PoE. The 5V are turned from 48V. The intend is to control a Schuko socket with no power consumption in on state. This is at the moment just for one switching cycle.
Any sugestions for simplification are welcome.
