Great circuit. Actually, I think it works in the simulation, too. All you have to do is "inject noise" into the simulator by shaking your phone a little. This causes the circuit to get out of the perfect balance state it starts in. I did that and your circuit worked great.

Hey, revisiting your circuit about a week later, it seems to no longer work. Did it break as you were improving it? 😄
