Common emitter amp with active load. The switch turns negative feedback on and off. You can play with load resistance, feedback resistance and current from current source.

i changed gain, caps and current source output load down to 600Ω, input voltage divider removed, transistors are closer to real ones, check what else i have changed. Its a good class A audio amplifier topology with low distortion. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6264725535719424
